Sankari Santosh started Sanki’s cakes as a passion, which later turned into a business venture. Her passion for food and flavours led her to take up professional training in baking which helped her to kick start the pleasant journey of Sanki’s Cakes.

The main motto of Sanki’s cakes is to include basic household ingredients and sweeteners into baking goods as it can be savoured by different age categories. Their USP has mostly been about infusing Indian flavour into confectioneries by use of top grade and quality ingredients made in-house. Their focus has been to use healthy, organic and home-made ingredients. Sanki’s Cakes specialties are fresh fruits-based cakes, wheat-based cakes, millet-based cakes, varieties of cookies, muffins and cake rolls.
